    • Don’ts:
      • Don’t live in regret
      • Don’t make big decisions when in pain
      • Don’t isolate
      • Don’t socialize with negative people
      • Don’t overshare details
      • Don’t give up
      • Don’t let pain become a runaway train
      • Don’t listen to the enemy’s lies
    • Do’s:
      • Do live one moment at a time
      • Do extend yourself grace
      • Do ask God for a source of prayer
      • Do engage in self-care
      • Do seek others to serve
      • Do praise God anyway
